Federalism and Covid-19

SDR is working on a paper that involves a US-India comparative study of federal power dynamics in the wake of COVID-19. The project will investigate and make a comparative study of the historical beginnings of the federal structures of USA and India; the Constitutional scheme of the power distribution; and the impact of the governmental responses/mis-adventures in the pandemic to future models of governance.

Call for Volunteer Interns: SDR is inviting applications for pro bono volunteer Interns who have interest in Comparative Constitutional Law. Interns would be working under the direct supervision of Ms. Jaikriti Jadeja and Mr. Aditya Sidhra, Advocates, Supreme Court of India

These positions are for a duration of 6 weeks as a full-time internship. Short-listed candidates would be contacted via email for a short interaction before a final acceptance.

Working Style: Remote Work
